Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sky Hub website (skyhubcloud.com) and, once launched, the Sky Hub platform. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Sky Hub is a real-time transport tracking platform, currently in pre-launch. The site today provides information about the upcoming service and lets visitors sign up to be notified at launch. Additional features (flight/ship/train/bus tracking, a client portal, device licensing, and paid plans) will be added over time and will carry their own terms where relevant.
"As-is" basis
As Sky Hub is in active, pre-launch development, the site and any information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free at all times.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, submit false or malicious data through its forms, or access it in a way that could harm Sky Hub or other users.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Sky Hub name, logo and design, belongs to Sky Hub unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Sky Hub develops, particularly once paid features, device licensing and a client portal launch. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
