Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of skyhubcloud.com and the Sky Hub Cloud service. By opening an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Sky Hub Cloud is a live tracking service in your browser. Fly Radar shows aircraft, flights you follow, the International Space Station and weather around a pin you set. Ship Radar shows vessels, tides and storm alerts around your pin. Train Radar shows trains around your pin in the countries listed on the site; coverage and data depend on each railway and may change. Coast Explorer shows places by the water around your pin, from OpenStreetMap. All four are in every paid plan. Bus Radar is not on sale.

Not for navigation or safety

Positions, routes, tides, weather and storm alerts come from public and third-party sources such as ADS-B, AIS and weather models. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. The service is for information and interest only. Do not use it to navigate, fly, sail or make safety decisions.

Accounts

You need an account to use the portal. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for use of your account. Each plan allows a set number of devices at the same time (Home 1, House 3, Workshop 5).

Demo

The demo is free and gives full access for 60 minutes. No card is needed. After that the account is paused, not deleted, and you can take a paid plan at any time.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the Plans page in pounds sterling. You pay by card through Stripe, or by a payment link we email. A plan runs for the month or year you chose. Plans do not renew automatically; you are never charged again unless you buy a new period yourself. Refunds and cancellation are explained on the Refunds page.

Pausing access

We may pause an account that is not paid, breaks these terms, or is used to harm the service or other users. We do not delete accounts; data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt it, submit false or malicious data through its forms, or access it in a way that could harm Sky Hub Cloud or other users.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Sky Hub Cloud name, logo and design, belongs to Sky Hub Cloud unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
