Refunds and cancellation (UK)
We supply Fly Radar, Ship Radar, Train Radar and Coast Explorer at once. By paying you ask for immediate supply and you acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off right ends when the account is switched on.
If the paid account has not been switched on, email office@skyhubcloud.com and we refund the card in full through Stripe within 14 days. We raise a new credit note; we do not edit the old invoice.
After the account is on there is no cooling-off refund for change of mind. Plans do not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you buy a new period yourself. A refund still applies if the service is not as described (UK Consumer Rights Act).
